The Hertfordshire Imperial Yeomanry Lodge (HIYL 3192) was established in 1906 and has a military background, although it is not exclusively for military members. The lodge meets four times a year at Radlett Masonic Hall and members dine together after each meeting.
Currently, there are 27 members, including one honorary member, with a diverse mix of ages, faiths, cultures, and professions. Members from various sectors such as transport, healthcare, police, construction, advertising, and IT contribute to the lodge's vibrant community.
The lodge emphasises camaraderie and support among members, assisting each other with rituals and ceremonies. We prioritise inclusivity and provide mentorship to new members to ensure they feel welcome and supported in their Freemasonry journey. The lodge engages in charity fundraising activities, including an annual Ladies Festival, and aims to continue its legacy for many years to come.
